Sneek Peek 9/07/08

How about another Sneek Peak? This is a set Brooke Smith and I did together. The turkey and grain were hand drawn by Brooke, and then I added the solid and lined leaves. I have an idea how these are going to look stamped out and I can't wait to put my idea to paper!
This set measures approx. 5.5x4.25 and will retail for $14.95. I will let you know as soon as these come in... I am hoping Monday or Tuesday.
On another note, I have filmed a video, with my new home video camera, on how to make Spring Cards. Now if I can figure out how to edit it a bit and then upload it to Utube I will share it with all of you. I am not the techno-savvy so it takes me longer to do things. But I am determined! (Please pray for me... Ha!)

Perpetual Calendar Class Photo

Well here is a Sneek Peek of some of our new stamps used on a class that Suzanne Milam is going to be teaching at our upcoming Scramping Retreat. So if you are taking the Perpetual Calendar class this is what it looks like... and the stamps used are from a new Calendar/Number stamp set that will be unveiled at the retreat. (This class is full) Isn't this a cute project!... I can't wait to see how it is made.
The stamp set includes Months, Days of the Week, and Numbers... everything you need to create you own calendars! I can't tell you how many times I have wanted a stamp set like this. There are many blank calendars out there that are quick and easy to stamp up for yourself or a gift, and also think about using them in your scrapbooking and cardmaking. The months of the year can be used as backgrounds for Halloween, and Christmas cards (as well as many other holiday months!) and how about using the numbers for birthday cards, for backgrounds again or for stamping the age of the recipient.
I LOVE NEW RUBBER... how about you?

Sneek Peek 9/06/08

Here is the other Halloween set by artist Brooke Smith, and I just love that Jack-O-Lantern Topiary! And how cute is the bat? I know I am going to enjoy adding these images to card, gift and treat bags this fall. This set is called Halloween Fun and like the last Sneek Peak set measures approx. 5.5x4.25 and retails for $14.95. I hope you all like these as much as I do!!

Photo-stamping Challenge Samples

Check out these great photo-card samples from Suzann Jones and Suzanne Milam from the Design Team. The challenge was to incorporate photo's into your cards. I love how Suzann Jones stamped right on her photo's and Suzanne Milam punched out and used her photo's as embellishments. I love how we all do things a little different to create wonderful works of art!
