Today's card of the day utilized the heat embossing technique. I have not done that in forever! It is one of the first things I learned how to do when I started stamping about 13 years ago and doing it again today reminded me how much fun it is, and what a beautiful effect it gives to your projects.The flower is FOTM "Dogwood" stamp set and that is what I heat embossed in white powder, then I went back and daubed on white ink. The saying is from the set "Mother's" which is perfect for Mother's Day or any other day your want to celebrate your Mama.
Here is the inside stamped with the saying "Happy Mother's Day".
And don't forget to stamp up a matching envelope!
